  • Holders of diplomatic, private or ordinary passports need an entry visa to be issued prior to departure.
  • You should inform customs officer at the airport with cash amounts you have before he finds it with you in order to avoid any accusations against you.
  • Make sure that your passport is valid.
  • Do not carry large cash amounts while you are traveling, and you should keep the receipt of the Money Exchanger with you.
  • You should keep the passport number and ID card for reference when you come back to the Mission if you have lost your password.
  • You should get visa and entry visa from the Embassy of People’s Republic of China in Doha.
  • You should abide by laws and regulations of the hosting State, adhere to travel conditions and regulations of global aviation and not carry illegal items.  
  • It is preferable not to carry golden jewelry and valuable articles while you are travelling.
  • Keep phone numbers of the Embassy of State of Qatar in Beijing and the General Consulate of state of Qatar in Guangzhou for reference if necessary.
  • Take care of children in crowd and markets.
  • Do not mortgage your passport or ID card with any authority for any reason.
  • Save the official documents like passport or air ticket and valuable personal articles in a safe place.
  • If you face any problem (Allah forbid), you should notify the nearest Embassy or Mission of State of Qatar ASAP in order to notify the officials with the subject of your problem.
  • If you are subject to investigation, you should notify the Mission of State of Qatar immediately.
  • You should make sure of the legal capacity of persons who ask you to show your ID.
  • Do not allow security agencies in the hosting State to inspect your accommodation without a Search Warrant from the competent authority.
